Holistic life mentoring™ is an intimate and unique process of true self-discovery created to facilitate accelerated growth and development on all levels of being, i.e., form, function, flow and glow.  Best suited for individuals interested in living a more conscious, balanced and harmonious life, holistic life mentoring™ is ideal for those who earnestly want – and are willing and ready – to wake up; to break free from the bonds of conditioned, fear-based, self-limiting and self-defeating stories, thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, emotions, resentments, fixations, habits and patterns of behavior in order to live a more spacious, spontaneous, creative, courageous, abundant and meaningful life – an authentic life grounded in awareness, truth, trust, wisdom, presence, stillness, peace, freedom, appreciation, happiness, joy and love.

To this end, I often couple the insights of ancient and contemporary wisdom teachers with the very best of both Eastern and Western transformative disciplines, teachings and practices for total body, mind and spirit integration.  I also implement a wide variety of cognitive, emotional, interpersonal, kinesthetic and spiritual perspectives, modalities, tools and techniques in this work as needed.  Far beyond any approach, method or strategy I may utilize in my practice, however, lies the true strength of this uniquely effective process, i.e., my steadfast desire and unwavering commitment to walk shoulder-to-shoulder with my clients as I teach, model, inspire, encourage, support and nurture a more natural state of being.

Through my holistic life mentoring™ practice, I serve individuals throughout the United States (e.g., Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, New York) – and from around the world. In addition to at-home and in-office visits, my professional services are frequently provided by way of regularly scheduled telephone consultations and by way of visits at alternate locales worldwide in order to better serve and adapt to the busy and often fluid itineraries of my clientele.
